Job Overview

Moveras is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Londonderry, NH. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our shipping pods, helping maintain a safe and efficient environment for all warehouse operations. The Shipping Pod Cleaner will play a key part in our overall warehouse cleanliness and the quality of our shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize shipping pods, both interior and exterior, to ensure they are free from debris, dust, and any other contaminants that could affect the products or shipping processes.
  • Inspection and Reporting: Inspect shipping pods for any damage, wear, or signs of contamination. Report any issues or repairs needed to the supervisor.
  • Organizing: Keep the shipping pods organized by removing excess packaging materials, trash, and other items that may accumulate during the shipping and receiving processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, including receiving, packing, and shipping teams, to ensure seamless operations and optimal pod readiness.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Efficient Workflow: Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently without disrupting the flow of warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior cleaning experience in a warehouse, distribution, or shipping environment is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and maintaining high standards of hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods; physically demanding tasks including moving and cleaning large shipping pods.
  • Teamwork: A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to follow schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor issues with shipping pods.
