- Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude
- Quickly and accurately take customer orders and payments through the POS
- Take catering orders
- Prepare online orders, to-go orders, and delivery orders accurately

- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality dessert products, cash handling, and store safety and security
