Make a meaningful impact — one family at a time.
At Anderson Behavior Group, we’re passionate about helping children and families thrive! Through compassionate, evidence-based care, we provide neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations across the lifespan for a wide range of concerns and diagnoses, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
As we continue to expand our services, we’re seeking an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new branch of psychotherapy services while working in a supportive, collaborative environment that values empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence!

- Supportive, team-oriented environment focused on professional and personal development.
- The opportunity to be part of a growing practice with a meaningful mission.
Join a team that leads with heart.
At Anderson Behavior Group, we believe in seeing the whole person — not just the diagnosis! If you’re a dedicated mental health professional looking to make a genuine difference while shaping a growing program, we’d love to hear from you!

- Provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to support each patient's growth.
- Maintain a compassionate, client-centered approach that fosters trust and understanding.
- Contribute to the continued development of our therapeutic services as the practice expands.
What We’re Looking For
- Active, independent licensure in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent required).
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred), ideally with children, adolescents, or families.
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or play therapy.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A caring, empathetic, and evidence-based approach to helping others thrive.
