As a member of our wait staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at our restaurant. Your friendly and attentive nature will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are set and cleaned promptly after each guest departs
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- A friendly and welcoming attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle difficult situations with composure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
