We’re seeking a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, natural products, and customer care. This is a client-facing retail role, not treatment-based, focused on helping customers find the right skincare solutions while supporting our integrative wellness mission. You’ll serve as a trusted resource in our retail space, offering education, product recommendations, and a welcoming presence.

• Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and care.

• Provide one-on-one consultations to recommend skincare products tailored to customer needs and skin concerns.

• Educate customers on natural ingredients, holistic skin health, and product benefits.

• Answer questions related to skincare, wellness routines, and product usage.

• Maintain deep knowledge of our skincare and wellness product lines.

• Assist with inventory management, including unpacking and stocking new products.

• Keep shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked; rotate products and monitor expiration dates.

• Create and update displays to showcase seasonal products, promotions, and wellness themes.

• Process purchases at the point of sale and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism.

• Contribute to marketing ideas and promotional campaigns around skincare and wellness.

• Assist with content creation for social media, such as product features, skincare tips, or behind-the-scenes moments.

• Help promote in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions through customer interactions and digital content.

• Work closely with pharmacy and wellness staff to ensure a seamless, integrative experience for customers.

• Share customer feedback and insights to help guide product selection and merchandising.

• Participate in staff training, team meetings, and wellness events as needed.

• Current esthetician license in Washington.

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, or skincare industry experience.

• Strong interest in holistic skin health and clean beauty.

• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping others feel confident and well.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working with POS systems and basic inventory tools.
