We are hiring an experienced HVAC technician to work in the tri-county area. Our company is based on the belief that our customers, as well as our employees, come first. We are looking for someone who is an experienced HVAC technician that is able to learn our software and utilize it on a phone or iPad and most importantly an honest team player. The right candidate for this position will know how to identify various factors that affect the comfort of our clients which will ensure the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.

The Position

With our HVAC technician position we are looking for the following employee attributes:

• Someone who values and maintains customer satisfaction and teamwork
• Must have a clean driving record and maintain this record
• A clean and professional appearance is important
• Open communication with your manager and the office is imperative
• Keeping your company truck clean and organized inside and out
• Be willing to listen and apply instructions
• Making sure your truck inventory up to date
• Able to pass a background check

With our HVAC technician position we are looking for the following skills:

• At least 2 years of HVAC experience and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all types of HVAC equipment in a timely manner
• HVAC Certification and Driver's License
• Completion of paperwork is essential
• Know the electronics of the heating and cooling systems
• Thoroughly perform preventative maintenance to prevent premature breakdowns or callbacks
• Install, align and balance mechanical systems.
• Solve complex problems and make decisions
• Must be able to work in small spaces, carry and maneuver heavy items (50+ lbs.), work from heights and in attics and crawlspaces.
• Willing to learn our software, apple products and maintain detailed records with pictures
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
