Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full Time

Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team on a full-time basis. The CRNA will provide high-quality, compassionate anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. This role offers a supportive and team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth and a strong emphasis on patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and patient education
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
- Monitor patients during procedures, adjusting anesthesia as needed
- Ensure safe emergence and recovery from anesthesia
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care support as needed
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:- Current and unrestricted CRNA licensure in South Carolina
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current certification or recertification by the NBCRNA
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
