• SOW

1. Customer Support + Sales Support

• Data Management
• Administration/Documentation
• Complaint/Issue Handling
• Ad-hoc support as requested

2. Process:

• Maintain current Sales Processes: Pricing, Payment, Contracting, Onboarding,
• Work with related departments to build SOP, Process

3. Report:

• Lead Generation report
• Deal & Contract management
• Request Report by Project

Experience and skills requirements:

• Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel
• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze
• Communication English skill
• Management skills
• Problem-solving
• Strong sense of responsibilities
• Proactive and possess positive attitude
• Willing to learn
• Can-do attitude
• Customer oriented mindset
• Medical background is added advantage
