About the Role:

The 3rd Party Collector plays a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts on behalf of our clients. This position requires a strategic approach to communication and negotiation, ensuring that collections are handled professionally and ethically. The primary end result is to maximize recovery rates while maintaining positive relationships with debtors. The collector will also be responsible for documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of collection efforts. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in collections or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
