The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.

- Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production goals.

- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any production issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.

- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

· Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations (Energy Control, Equipment guarding, etc)

· Providing support to the area for machine checks, start-up and shut down of equipment.

· Managing the operation of texwrap machines and associated equipment to ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved.

· Perform operator assisted maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.

· Collaborate with both operations and maintenance team members on the assembly line to meet production targets efficiently.

· Assures all production and maintenance logs and records are maintained.

· Completing tasks with minimal supervision.
