Job Responsibilities:

As a CNA you will:

💙 Be a Cedar Community Champion by fostering a warm, caring atmosphere for residents and team members.
🛁 Assist with Daily Living Needs including personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing.
🏡 Help Residents Feel at Home by orienting them to their surroundings and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
🍽 Support Nutritional Needs by serving meals and assisting residents with food and fluid intake as needed.
🙌 Be a Cheerleader & Companion—provide emotional support and encouragement when it’s needed most.
👥 Work as a Team Player by assisting wherever needed under the direction of the charge nurse.

Qualifications:

✅ Active CNA Licensure required.
✅ Team Player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
✅ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills to enhance the resident experience.
✅ Genuine Desire to Serve and positively impact the lives of residents.
