Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
• Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance
• Flexible availability to cover on-call hours
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
• Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to follow directions and comply with all company policies
