JOB SUMMARY:
Hilldrup has an immediate need for exceptional, service and results-oriented moving industry professionals who possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills and who have a strong desire to ensure that each Hilldrup customer has the best moving experience ever.
The ideal candidates are driven to exceed customer’s expectations and take pride in effectively preparing customers for residential moves and for effectively problem-solving all unforeseen circumstances. The selected incumbents will thrive in a face-paced work environment and be committed to minimizing customer concerns/stress as customers embark on what is commonly known as one of the most stress-filled events in an individual’s life. Finally, the incumbents will serve Hilldrup customers while consistently demonstrating Hilldrup’s cultural values and our desire to be the best moving services company, period.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates moves (50-60 per month) in a cost-effective manner and within prescribed organizational guidelines including:
- Making initial contact with each customer to introduce Hilldrup’s relocation management program and to review pre-move survey process.
- Schedule virtual surveys
- Tracking and reviewing customer move information from origin agent and/or destination agent.
- Completing customer registration and developing/communicating move estimates and pricing information to customers; to include Client Services and accounts
- Establishing and developing move plan with customer input.
- Assisting with quality and claims related concerns/issues.
- Partners with Client Services to ensure customer expectations are met/exceeded.
- Provides regular, consistent and effective communication to customers regarding all aspects of the customer’s household goods move (pre- and post-move).
- s enhancement/improvement opportunities.
- EPartners with move operations team, sales executives and surveyors to ensure all facets are effectively and efficiently managed.
- Accurately inputs and updates all customer move-related information/data in various portals.
- Provides regular feedback regarding process effectively communicates and partners external move partners and organizational leaders on overarching move initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Primary Work Location:
Works in an office environment.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a typical, comfortable interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks.
