We are seeking a dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team and help our clients to Always Keep Progressing. In this role, you will work with children to build functional skills, promote independence, and empower families through education and collaboration.

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to a pediatric population
  
  
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  
  
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
  
  

• Proof of education in Occupational Therapy
  
  
• Current and active OT license in Florida
  
  
• Approved to work with Medicaid
  
  
• Experience working with the pediatric population and supervising COTA’s
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of therapy principles, methods, and evidence-based practice
• Clean background check
