Assistant Manager – Thatziki Warrington

Thatziki is growing fast! From a single food truck just three years ago to four buzzing sites, we’re now bringing our fresh, vibrant street food energy to Warrington and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead the way.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts, keeping service smooth, upbeat, and efficient.

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site.

• Jump in wherever needed: tills, floor, service and kitchen.

• Train, coach, and inspire new team members.

• Keep the vibe fun, positive, and professional, even when the heat is on.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or assistant manager in hospitality (street food, QSR, restaurants, or bars).

• A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet.

• Passion for great food, drinks, and customer service.

• Reliable, hardworking, and always leading by example.
