Patient Access Representative Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
- 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- A valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
- Main Campus + South High Street coverage on Saturday mornings:
- Workweek schedule: Tuesday-Saturday/1st shift/8 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday (at MASC) 7 am - 3:30 pm.
