Patient Access Representative Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • A valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
  • Main Campus + South High Street coverage on Saturday mornings:
    • Workweek schedule: Tuesday-Saturday/1st shift/8 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday (at MASC) 7 am - 3:30 pm.
