About the Role
Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join our client's Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes disputes.
This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who is both nimble and efficient, able to manage cases independently while contributing meaningfully as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the litigation team, you will:
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, balancing strategy and execution.
- Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and client communications.
- Draft memos, motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- Research relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions; argue motions.
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery management.
- Assist with and participate in hearings and trials.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (required).
- Superior legal writing and drafting skills, with proven experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and persuasive legal arguments.
- Strong legal research abilities.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing with the Commonwealth Bar.
- Work on sophisticated, high-value business and commercial disputes.
- Gain hands-on responsibility and direct client interaction.
