Work days: Monday - Friday

Day-time Shifts:

• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Landscaping/Groundskeeper - Mowing the grass , Weed wacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting and more as required
• cleaners performing litter pickup in outdoor common areas and sidewalks
• cleaners performing sweeping sidewalks
• cleaners removing and replacing trash bags in trash can
• cleaners sweeping and mopping interior floors
• cleaners cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of city-owned properties
• Removing debris and other similar items
• following company policies and quality standards
• taking before and after photos and performing shift reports
• Window Cleaning
• Watering Flowers/Plants
• Dust/Web Removal
• Cleaning of facilities/restrooms
• Mandatory Snow Removal and possible overtime

Minimum Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Supervisor Experience
• MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH - Landscaping/Groundskeeper - Mowing the grass, weed whacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting
• Must have a working phone that is able to download three mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services or prevent you from being able to walk your assigned route
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must have some cleaning / debris clean up experience
