About This Position
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Repair Coordinator to manage the inflow and outflow of defective units and coordinate process flow on the production floor. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Repair Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Repair Coordinator will support repair operations across receiving, repair, testing, and shipping areas, and assist the Repair Department as needed.

The Repair Coordinator will support repair operations across receiving, repair, testing, and shipping areas, and assist the Repair Department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full board repair lifecycle including intake, verification, routing, and shipment of returned products.
- Track and monitor unit movement throughout the repair and testing workflow.
- Ensure timely processing of units in accordance with SOPs, policies, and customer requirements.
- Manage and support a team of technicians; assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Provide guidance and operational support to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, onsite attendance verification, and floor coverage updates.
- Act as the primary contact for repair-related communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Operations to resolve issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports including throughput, scrap, cycle times, and repair trends.
- Conduct liability assessments identifying root cause and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in repair, reverse logistics, or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with ERP/MES/CIMS, SAP, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
