Express Technician – Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Join the team at Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, a family-owned dealership serving the Northern Virginia / DC area since 1957. We’re looking for motivated Express Technicians to deliver fast, high-quality quick-service work on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles in our busy service department.

• Perform express/quick service maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations and balancing, fluid top-offs and exchanges, filter replacements, multi-point inspections, and other routine services
• Accurately diagnose and complete basic maintenance while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and support a positive customer experience
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while following all manufacturer and dealership procedures

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in automotive service
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own basic hand tools preferred (or willingness to acquire them)
• Prior express/quick-service or automotive experience a plus; entry-level candidates with the right attitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply
• ASE certification or technical school background preferred but not required
