Pay: 14.24 per hour, including holiday pay

Hours: 9am11am and 6pm7pm

Contract: Casual

Benefits: Fully funded DBS

A full, valid driving licence and access to a car for work are essential for this role.

About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Female Care Assistant to support our client in their own home in Sutton, Macclesfield.

You'll help our client with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing while providing high-quality, person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting our client in their own home.
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting with medication management.
• Assisting with moving and handling, including hoisting. Previous experience is essential.
• Working independently or as part of a two-person care team.

Hours and Flexibility

The shifts available are 9am11am and 6pm7pm, during the week plus alternate weekends.

This is a casual contract with shifts allocated according to business needs and your availability. Once you commit to a shift, it's important that you complete the full shift reliably to ensure continuity of care.

What You'll Need

• The right to work in the UK without requiring employer sponsorship.
• A full, valid driving licence and access to a car for work.
• A reliable, compassionate and committed approach to care.
• A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently.
• Previous moving and handling or hoisting experience is preferred

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide person-centred support helping our client feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the day. Duties will include:

• Supporting with clinical interventions, including BiPAP, Cough Assist and nebuliser treatments.
• Providing catheter care.
• Supporting with IBS-related care needs.
• Monitoring and supporting the management of high-risk pressure areas.
• Assisting with postural positioning
• Communicating confidently and compassionately helping our client feel reassured.

Who We're Looking For

The confidence to support someone with complex care needs. A willingness to learn and develop the skills required to deliver safe, high-quality care. Experience in complex care or clinical interventions essential.

Driving requirements: Both drivers and non-drivers are welcome to apply.
