Day Manager / Lead Server – Keke's Breakfast Cafe, Fort Myers (Six Mile) in Ft Myers, Florida at FF Ft Myers II LLC

Ready to lead a shift without giving up your nights? At Keke's, you run the floor during a busy breakfast and lunch, and you're home by mid-afternoon. We're looking for a lead server who leads by example and wants to keep growing into management.

KJ Cafes operates 16 Keke's Breakfast Cafes across Florida, so there's real room to grow into assistant general manager, general manager and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Open and close the cafe with confidence and consistency
Lead the floor and support the team through the rush
Visit tables throughout every shift and make sure every guest leaves happy
Run team communication, quality checks and problem-solving on your shifts
Work closely with the GM to keep daily operations smooth
On serving shifts, take a section while still setting the standard for the floor

WHAT YOU NEED
Experience as a lead server, shift lead or front-of-house manager
Weekend availability (our busiest days)
Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Takes initiative, communicates clearly and leads with integrity
Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Uniform: dark blue jeans, a black belt, black socks and black non-slip shoes.
