  • Serve as the primary customer contact, building strong relationships, managing expectations, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring effective communication throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, critical paths, resources, budgets, financial forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve project objectives.

  • Support the PMO Director in evaluating project priorities, resource allocation, portfolio performance, and resolution of escalated project issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project management processes, reporting, operational efficiency, and overall project performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture lessons learned, implement best practices, and improve customer satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to strengthen relationships, support project objectives, and resolve critical issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary, customer-sensitive, and competitive information.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in project management, engineering, or complex engineered-to-order projects, with demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, quality, budgets, costs, and contractual requirements from engineering through final delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and resolve complex project challenges, manage competing priorities, and implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take ownership of project outcomes, and drive results in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple industries, preferably including power generation, nuclear, naval, or defense applications. Experience with piping support systems is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

About Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation

Bringing together more than 175 years of innovation, quality, and customer commitment under one name and one promise.

The company was forged in 1850, as American industry was being connected by pipe, valves, fittings, and the skilled people who knew how to put them in the right place. More than 175 years later, that heritage lives in ASC Engineered Solutions, a comprehensive pipe preparation, joining, hanging and flow-management portfolio supporting the people who build and maintain commercial buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and critical systems. A house of brands, Anvil, Gruvlok, Sharpe, SCI, and ABZ, unified as ASC in 2019, and the portfolio has grown in the years since.

In 1920, Reliable Automatic Sprinkler started doing one thing exceptionally well: building the fire safety systems that protect people and property. Sprinklers, valves, and accessories, made in the United States. More than a century later, the discipline has not changed. A century of American-made fire protection products, with multi-generational customer relationships and multi-decade specifications. A century of protecting what matters the most.

Two legacies. One Future.
