Len The Plumber Heating & Air is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians in Arlington, VA, and we're looking for technicians who take pride in their craft and can confidently run residential service calls.

You'll have the opportunity to earn $25–$45/hour based on your experience, plus performance-based incentives, while working with an established home-services company that provides consistent work, ongoing technical training, and opportunities to grow your career.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll have the independence to manage your service calls while having the support of an experienced team behind you.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Identify the root cause of HVAC problems and provide the right solution—not just a temporary fix.
• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, thermostats, controls, and related residential HVAC equipment.
• Perform comprehensive system inspections and identify repair and replacement opportunities.
• Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment you arrive through completion of the call.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, recommendations, and invoices.
• Communicate with Dispatch, Parts, Installation, and Service leadership to keep your day running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company service vehicle.
• Follow company safety standards and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional training to continue developing your skills.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who can confidently run residential service calls independently.

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and/or installation experience required.
• Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, thermostats, controls, and related equipment.
• Ability to independently diagnose HVAC problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Comfortable explaining technical findings and available options to homeowners in a clear, professional way.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform thorough system inspections and make appropriate recommendations based on your findings.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and doing the job right.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Additional plumbing or electrical experience is a plus.
