AVANTA CARE
NOW HIRING
Part-Time Community Liaison & Business Development Coordinator
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA
Position Type: Part-Time | 15–20 Hours Per Week
Schedule: Flexible Weekdays | Primarily Field-Based
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives
About the Position
Avanta Care is seeking an energetic, professional, and results-driven Community Liaison & Business Development Coordinator to expand our presence throughout Metro Atlanta.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and connecting families with quality home care services.
We are looking for a confident, independent professional who can represent Avanta Care in the community, develop strong referral partnerships, and contribute directly to business growth.
This is a relationship-building and client acquisition position, not a traditional social media marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Development
* Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, memory care communities, and senior organizations.
* Establish relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
* Identify and develop new referral partnerships.
* Represent Avanta Care at community events, networking functions, and professional meetings.
* Promote our private-pay, long-term care insurance, and VA Community Care services.
Business Development & Client Growth
* Generate qualified referrals and prospective client inquiries.
* Schedule meetings and presentations with potential referral partners.
* Identify opportunities to expand services within existing markets.
* Maintain consistent communication with referral sources.
* Work closely with leadership and client services to support client acquisition.
Marketing & Reporting
* Maintain an organized database of referral contacts and outreach activities.
* Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and referral outcomes.
* Provide weekly activity and business development reports.
* Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, senior living, community outreach, or business development preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable approaching new organizations and establishing professional relationships.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Metro Atlanta.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Develop 10–15 new professional contacts weekly.
* Complete 20–25 referral follow-ups weekly.
* Schedule 3–5 business development meetings weekly.
* Maintain an active pipeline of qualified referral opportunities.
* Contribute to measurable growth in client inquiries and new service starts.
Performance will be evaluated based on relationship development, consistent outreach, referral activity, and overall contribution to business growth.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is not afraid to walk into a hospital, introduce themselves to a discharge planner, or sit down with a senior living director to explain how Avanta Care can support their clients and families.
The right person is polished, personable, persistent, resourceful, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
We are not simply looking for someone to market our services. We are looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships, and create opportunities for growth.
What We Offer
* Flexible part-time schedule
* Competitive hourly compensation
* Performance-based incentive opportunities
* Supportive leadership
* Opportunity for professional growth
* Potential to transition into a larger business development role as the company expands
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit a resume highlighting relevant experience in healthcare, community outreach, relationship management, or business development.
