About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs administrative and clinical duties under the direction of Employee Health Director and Employee Health RN. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, verifying demographic information, maintaining employee medical records, as well as other clerical duties. Responsible for maintaining supplies and clinical space. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and pertinent medical histories, assisting with the new hire process, annual medical surveillance, screening, lab draws and administering vaccinations. Participate in vaccine clinics for employees and the public when scheduled. Participate in Employee Health programs under direct supervision of the Employee Health department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Associations
- Completion of a Medical Assistant Program preferred
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
