About This Position

JOB SUMMARY
-
The Administrator of System Clinics shall provide direct management and oversight of operations of physician practices under ownership of management of Anderson Regional Health System (ARHS). He/she shall address and resolve all issues pertinent to the operations in accordance with established budgets and policies and procedures of ARHS. He/she shall demonstrate visibliity and build trust among all ARHS team members and with Providers under management; manage and develop human resources of the practices; promote the use of information technology and systems; participate in the ARHS goals; establish and maintain budgets for practices; implement new clinical and other programs; integrate newly acquired physician practices into ARHS; and complete other duties as assigned. He/she shall perform duties under a matrix reporting structure including to ARHS leadership and hospital leadership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:
-
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study. Candidates with relevant advanced degrees (e.g. MPH, MSHA) or clinical background preferred.

A minimum of five years health care experience including three years of healthcare directorship.

Skills:
-
Moderate to advanced computer and data entry skills.
-
Must prove established competency in implementing benchmarks and performance measures.

Must have strong and demonstrated experience in analytics, problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.

Must have outstanding written, verbal communication and computer skills.

Must have a strong, demonstrated interest and competency in operational aspects of hospital and/or physician practices.
