About this Job
You will be an expert in managing product from testing to mass production. You will be talking to our overseas manufactures to ensure that product meets all requirements. You will also be collaborating with the team internally to get all product information required for product launch. You will oversee our Product Engineers and Test Engineers.
Job Function:
Lead and supervise the product development cycle, overseeing the entire process from approval to mass production.
Manage and coordinate the testing of LED fixtures, including mechanical review, installation, thermal, electrical, and photometric evaluations.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define comprehensive product testing scopes, objectives, and requirements.
Assume ownership of projects, ensuring their successful and efficient completion.
Spearhead design changes and improvements to guarantee accurate and optimal product outcomes.
Maintain a comprehensive log of all open testing issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Proactively analyze potential problems and articulate solutions in the early stages of development.
Demonstrate leadership in project responsibilities, with opportunities for further growth and expanded roles based on performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Systems Engineering Technology is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
Strong organizational and analytical skills at a supervisory level.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in understanding technical concepts, reading schematics, and providing design recommendations.
Familiarity with hand tools and adeptness in utilizing equipment such as DMM, Oscilloscope, as well as DC & AC Power Supply design.
Quick learner, responsible, proactive, problem-solver, and critical-thinker.
Ability to adapt to changing situations, be receptive to feedback, and comfortable providing constructive feedback to others.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Valencia, CA Office)
