About the Role:

We are seeking hands-on Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Composite Engineer at Vayu Aerospace, Inc., These positions are located in in Wichita and Winfield, Kansas. Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the design and production process and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. You will work with a team of engineers and other staff to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers on time and to their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in the production and quality process and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Overall, your contribution will be vital to the success of our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an applicable engineering position
• Strong team work ethic.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
