Bush Brothers is a fifth-generation family-run meat purveyor based in West Palm Beach, FL. Established in 1925, we pride ourselves on best-in-class service, and a high-end protein portfolio. As a USDA inspected processing plant, we specialize in center-of-the-plate and portion-controlled offerings to meet the demands of Floridas high-end Hotel, Restaurant, and Country Club clientele. We process and distribute Beef, Veal, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, and Provisions throughout South and Central Florida as well as into the Caribbean.

In November 2024 we will be moving into a new, state-of-the-art processing facility in Royal Palm Beach. Total size of this facility is 48,000 square feet, tripling our production capacity.

Fabricating high-quality portion-controlled meats for the foodservice industry. Cutting steaks, trimming sub-primals, filling special fabrication orders.

We work Monday through Saturday, (approximately) 5am to 2pm during summer months, and (approximately) 4am to 2pm during "season" (November through May).

Pay for this job is based on experience, and is negotiable. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available in season.
