  • Maintain organized drawing sets, document control, and revision management throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will bring:

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in drafting, design, engineering technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in highvoltage substation design with strong proficiency in both physical and P&C drafting.
  • Experience producing detailed CAD deliverables, coordinating with engineers, and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., NESC, IEEE, ANSI) and utility drafting requirements.
  • Experience mentoring junior drafters or coordinating across discipline teams preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar CAD platforms.
  • Ability to interpret and incorporate vendor documents and engineering specifications.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and standard project file structures.
  • Microsoft Suite Products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc).
