Atlantic Coast Mortgage is looking for a talented Digital Media Specialist to help tell our story. This is a hands-on production role where you will work closely with our Nation Sales Director and our Loan Origination team to create short-form video content, coach on camera talent, and capture the energy and culture that make ACM a place where top talent wants to work. This role puts you in the center of telling our story, working together with some of the best Loan Officers in the business, alongside leadership that believes in what great content can do for a team. Responsibilities:
- Film, edit and publish short-form video content across social platforms
- Attend events and visit branch locations to capture and publish real-time content
- Produce vision, scripts, and direction for social media photo and video content
- Work directly with Loan Originators, coaching on camera confidence, delivery, and storytelling to build independent skills
- Help team build a strong library of content in our CRM platform for ongoing use
- Provide practical guidance to make continued content development easy
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience shooting and editing short-form video content – a strong portfolio of social reels or equivalent is required.
- Confident presenting ideas, receiving feedback and refining work
- Detail oriented with impeccable time management
- Experience with fast-paced editing and same day content turn around
- Experience storytelling and developing unique branding strategies
- Proficiency with standard mobile and desktop editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)
- Ability to work out of the Fairfax, VA office
- Some local travel may be required
