About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads high-profile, complex millwork fabrication and installation projects from handoff through closeout - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client specifications. You’ll serve as the primary client contact, mentor junior project management staff, and drive strategic improvements across project processes.
This is a leadership role for an experienced construction professional who thrives on complexity, takes ownership, and wants to build something lasting - including a real equity stake in the company they help grow.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and WIP reporting with proactive risk identification and resolution
- Manage contracts, scope changes, RFIs, change orders, and all related project documentation
- Oversee submittals including shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and transmittals
- Coordinate labor planning with field leadership and ensure all site safety requirements are met
Procurement & Production
- Create work orders and communicate scope through internal systems; track critical production and delivery dates
- Coordinate RFQs, vendor pricing, and procurement activities; partner with purchasing on pricing and lead times
- Lead production and procurement kickoff meetings; monitor product progress through fabrication and delivery
Team Development & Leadership
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Provide direction, accountability, and coaching to build a high-performing project management team
- Contribute to process improvements, tools, and best practices across the PM function
- Support vendor evaluation and development

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent field experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, INNERGY)
Nice-to-Haves / Preferred
- Experience mentoring or managing junior project management staff
- Established relationships with GCs or owners in the Colorado commercial construction market
- Familiarity with LEED, AWI standards, or specialty subcontractor scopes
