Job Description

Description:
  • Responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments.
  • Works closely with planning to ensure adequate levels of packaging materials are always available.
  • Maintain relationships by communicating and enforcing efficient and high standards including on-time delivery and quality. Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Support the overall manufacturing process by aiding in the production plan
  • Create and support material management process for R&D projects
  • Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Develop dashboards to summarize and communicate the status of above priorities to leadership.
Requirements:
  • High school education with 8 years warehouse experience or college degree with 3 years experience.
  • Knowledgeable in shipping regulations for both on shore and international standards.
  • Familiarity working with a middle market or large scale ERP system(s): NetSuite a plus
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and able to lean other software products quickly
  • Great organization skills and the ability to balance multiple demands for your time
  • Good written and verbal communication skills: bi-lingual Spanish and/or Chinese a plus
  • Effective critical thinking and negotiation skills
