  • 5–10 years of experience in technical service, process engineering, or sales within the pulp and paper industry, with strong expertise in chlorate bleaching processes.
  • Solid understanding of pulp and paper manufacturing operations, safety standards, and chemical applications in industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in technical or industrial B2B settings, with a strong commercial and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel 25–40% as required.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000+ bonus and benefits, depending on experience and location
  • Performance-based bonus and additional incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and retirement support
  • Remote work flexibility with travel-based field engagement
