About the Role
We are hiring a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on coordinating workflow, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
You will also serve as the on-shift point person, helping guide associates, maintain operational standards, and communicate updates to the Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still working directly in warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
- Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations alongside the team
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date
- Monitor workflow to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing
- Serve as the on-shift point person for questions, coordination, and support
- Help train and guide warehouse associates on standard procedures
- Verify shipping labels, delivery photos, and shipment details for accuracy
- Coordinate with drivers to support pickups, deliveries, and handoffs
- Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate operational updates, issues, and priorities to the Operations Manager
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience working on a team and/or supporting or training peers
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures, tools, and safety standards
- Comfortable using warehouse apps or systems to log packages and track shipments (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Good communication skills for working with team members and drivers
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) and stay active throughout the shift
Nice to Have:
- Forklift certification (not required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule: Morning shifts (5:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
