In this role, you will lead the full marketing function, driving brand visibility, pipeline growth, customer engagement, and go-to-market excellence across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to create compelling market positioning and scalable growth strategies. - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives, revenue targets, and market positioning goals.
- Lead demand generation initiatives across inbound, outbound, account-based marketing, partner marketing, digital campaigns, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and account expansion initiatives.
- Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across messaging, digital presence, customer communications, thought leadership, and visual identity.
- Translate company strategy and product direction into compelling positioning, storytelling, and differentiated market narratives.
- Manage marketing operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Direct the creation of marketing collateral, website strategy, sales enablement materials, content marketing assets, and product communications.
- Lead and mentor a lean, high-performing marketing team while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Establish scalable workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and competitive positioning to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within enterprise software, insurtech, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record of leading both strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on execution in high-growth business environments.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand development, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer-facing teams to drive measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize marketing functions with lean teams and limited resources.
- Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading creative direction and brand strategy across multiple marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments and executive leadership teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and modern marketing technology platforms.
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated sectors is considered a strong advantage.
- Fully remote work environment within the United States.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $250,000 annually.
