National Director of TPA Growth

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a National Director of TPA Growth in United States.

This is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional with deep expertise in the healthcare and TPA ecosystem. In this role, you will lead enterprise-level growth initiatives focused on expanding relationships with Third-Party Administrators through complex, consultative solution selling. You will drive new business acquisition efforts centered around innovative claims repricing solutions and No Surprises Act workflow services, while influencing executive stakeholders across large organizations. The position offers significant visibility, autonomy, and long-term growth potential within a fast-scaling environment focused on transforming healthcare cost management. Ideal candidates thrive in high-performance sales settings, excel at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and are motivated by building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable client value.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting and strategic outreach through negotiation and contract execution.
  • Drive net-new business acquisition within the national TPA market by identifying and developing high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans and execute consultative sales strategies tailored to complex healthcare intermediary organizations.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales engagements involving executive leadership, claims operations teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Position innovative claims repricing and No Surprises Act solutions against incumbent or bundled market alternatives through value-based selling approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, finance, and compliance teams to ensure scalable delivery and strong customer outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive briefings, and strategic healthcare events to strengthen market presence and industry relationships.
  • Maintain strong awareness of market dynamics, competitive trends, and evolving healthcare regulations impacting TPAs and employer-sponsored health plans.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience selling complex healthcare services, enterprise solutions, or consultative B2B offerings.
  • Direct experience working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) or similar healthcare intermediary organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of out-of-network claims repricing, No Surprises Act (NSA), and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) workflows.
  • Proven success managing long-cycle enterprise sales processes and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and operational leadership teams in complex organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong ownership mentality, competitive drive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive channel relationships and competitive environments with professionalism and strategic focus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
  • Performance-based bonus and commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and disability leave programs.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness support resources.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Opportunity for long-term career growth with a clear pathway toward senior growth leadership roles.
