  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, operational efficiency, and customer success.
  • Lead postmortems, lessons learned sessions, and training initiatives to continuously improve project delivery standards.
  • Build and maintain documentation, onboarding frameworks, and operational procedures aligned with organizational policies and service expectations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing Professional Services, onboarding, or implementation teams within SaaS environments.
  • PMP certification required; Six Sigma or process improvement certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise leading complex enterprise SaaS and/or on-premise software implementations.
  • Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning capabilities with experience managing revenue delivery and utilization metrics.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, stepping directly into critical projects when necessary.
  • Experience within the Energy & Utilities sector is considered a strong advantage.
  • Passion for process optimization, scalable operations, and customer-centric service delivery.
Benefits:
  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.
  • Cost-sharing support for dependent healthcare coverage.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Paid maternity leave and 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents.
  • Paid paternity leave.
  • Flexible unlimited PTO policy, subject to manager approval and business needs.
  • 12 paid company holidays, including winter recess between December 25 and January 1.
