This is a high-impact founding technical pre-sales role at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise sales. You will act as the critical bridge between complex customer environments and a sophisticated AI-powered hiring intelligence platform. The role involves deeply understanding enterprise recruiting systems, mapping workflows, and translating technical capabilities into clear business value. You will design tailored solutions, support proof-of-concept implementations, and help shape how the product is positioned in large-scale sales cycles. As a first-in-role hire, you will play a key part in defining scalable pre-sales processes and reusable technical assets. This position is ideal for a builder mindset professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-moving enterprise environments.
Accountabilities:- Lead enterprise discovery efforts by analyzing ATS platforms, recruiting workflows, scheduling systems, and hiring frameworks to identify integration needs and solution fit.
- Design and deliver customized demos that translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
- Own and support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring successful implementation and validation of solutions in real-world environments.
- Manage first-line responses to RFPs and technical diligence requests in collaboration with account executives, while developing reusable response frameworks.
- Create scalable enablement assets such as integration guides, architecture diagrams, workflow documentation, FAQs, and demo templates.
- Ensure strong alignment between pre-sales and post-sales teams to guarantee smooth customer onboarding and implementation handoffs.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, permissions, and enterprise software architecture.
- Proven ability to support complex enterprise sales cycles and collaborate with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to executive, technical, and business audiences.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities with a curiosity-driven approach to uncovering customer needs.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical work with sales outcomes and deal progression.
- Experience leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate solution design.
- Executive presence with confidence in high-stakes enterprise presentations and discussions.
