Job Overview:

Looking for an individual who is interested in joining a dynamic clinical team working with children ages 3-5 years, who are experiencing behavioral health symptoms that impede their ability to be successful in settings such as daycare or preschool.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred with a psychology or social work related field

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with youth ages 3-6 years

Scheduling Requirements

• FT
• Day Shift

Essential Functions:

• One-on-one attention and encouragement to children who are undergoing the emergency assessment/ crisis screening process
• Supervision of children during groups onsite and during offsite field trips, as needed
• Participates in case conferences, staff meetings, supervision and onsite/offsite trainings as assigned
• Documentation in the patient s MR, per program s policies and procedures
• Maintains established departmental and hospital policies and procedures/objectives, including confidentiality, crisis management, cultural sensitivity, etc
• Meets customer satisfaction goals
