- Maintaining and continuously improving the central commercial content repository, ensuring data is accurate, structured, and accessible across tools and teams.
- Supporting proposal development by managing libraries, RFP content, and internal knowledge sources used in sales and marketing workflows.
- Translating subject matter expert input into clear, structured, reusable content optimized for proposals and AI-driven systems.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Analytics to ensure alignment and data consistency.
- Supporting the design of AI-friendly content structures that improve how tools like modern LLM-based assistants retrieve and apply information.
- Ensuring ongoing updates and governance of commercial materials to maintain reliability across fast-changing business needs.
This role requires strong organizational ability, comfort with structured content systems, and an interest in how AI tools are transforming commercial workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key requirements include:

- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort working in Mac-based environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (such as modern LLM platforms) is strongly preferred, along with curiosity about optimizing workflows using AI.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt in fast-paced or evolving environments.
- Competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000–$90,000

- Opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial strategy and AI-enabled workflows
- Cross-functional exposure across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams
- Collaborative and mission-driven work environment focused on improving healthcare outcomes
- Equal employment opportunity and inclusive workplace culture
