Job Description
Little Flower Manor, a nonprofit long-term care facility in Darby, PA, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our Evening Shift (3-11). This full-time leadership role provides clinical oversight, staff support, and ensures high-quality resident care across our skilled nursing units.

The RN Supervisor serves as the on-site clinical leader during the evening shift, supporting residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting resident-centered care.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Evening Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
- No weekends required
- $10,000 sign-on bonus distributed over the first year
- Paid holidays off

- 1 week after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
- 3.07 hours per bi-weekly pay period (accrues to 80 hours annually)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff
- Oversee resident admissions, including assessments, documentation review, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team
- Manage resident discharges, ensuring accurate documentation and safe transition planning
- Participate in care planning and ensure interventions reflect resident needs and regulatory requirements
- Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and DOH/CMS standards
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, and workflow to maintain adequate coverage
- Support, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans and clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices
- Current PA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or subacute settings
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support staff in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
