As an Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational workflows within a dynamic and fast-growing digital environment. Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and external contributors, you will help coordinate processes, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvements across workflows and systems. This role combines operational excellence, stakeholder communication, process optimization, and problem-solving in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality, monitor task progression, and support scalable operational growth. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to contribute directly to process development and efficiency initiatives. - Manage and support day-to-day operational activities across assigned workflows and contributor networks.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external contributors regarding tasks, processes, support requests, and operational inquiries.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on task progress, performance, feedback, and operational status.
- Monitor workflow execution to ensure tasks progress efficiently and service-level expectations are met.
- Handle support requests and assist in resolving operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate the resolution of non-standard situations, escalations, and conflicts between stakeholders and contributors.
- Track tasks requiring reviews, feedback, approvals, or additional follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
- Support onboarding and verification processes for new contributors, ensuring a smooth integration experience.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across project management and internal operational systems.
- Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and contribute to the development of scalable operational procedures.
- Escalate critical risks, incidents, or operational challenges when necessary to ensure business continuity and service quality.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Operations Manager, Operations Specialist, Project Coordinator, Support Manager, Account Manager, or similar operational role.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and workflows simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and drive tasks through to completion.
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and operational frameworks.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience working with freelancers, contractors, or distributed teams is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow tools, or communication platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of digital production, design workflows, or process improvement initiatives is beneficial.
- Experience contributing to operational process optimization or workflow development is highly valued.
