This role is focused on translating highly complex quantum science into clear, compelling, and impactful narratives that resonate across technical, commercial, and public sector audiences. You will act as the central “content engine,” shaping how advanced quantum computing concepts are communicated through storytelling, digital content, and campaign assets. The role blends strategic content planning with hands-on creation, including writing, scripting, and guiding visual production efforts through external partners. You will own editorial strategy across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in voice and alignment with key go-to-market initiatives. Working closely with technical, marketing, and government-facing teams, you will simplify breakthrough science into accessible messaging that drives awareness and engagement. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of deep technology, storytelling, and cross-functional execution.

• Develop and translate highly technical quantum computing concepts into clear, engaging narratives tailored for public sector, enterprise, and technical audiences.
• Own and manage a multi-channel content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with go-to-market priorities and brand objectives.
• Create and produce core written assets including website copy, blog posts, thought leadership articles, social content, and video scripts.
• Lead storytelling direction for visual and multimedia content, including storyboarding and coordination with external production partners.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, government affairs, and marketing teams to transform complex technical inputs into accessible messaging.
• Establish governance processes for content creation, review, approval, and distribution to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure content supports demand generation, brand positioning, and strategic initiatives.

• 5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or technical storytelling roles, ideally in technology or deep science environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel content creation (web, social, long-form writing, scripts, or thought leadership).
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical topics such as advanced science, engineering, or emerging technologies into accessible narratives.
• Proven experience managing editorial calendars, content pipelines, and multiple production workflows simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with digital content tools, CMS platforms, and publishing workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including technical, marketing, and external creative teams.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with attention to tone, clarity, and audience adaptation.
• Experience with AI tools or content automation workflows is a plus.
• Video production, visual storytelling, or creative direction experience is highly desirable.
