This is a senior, client-facing analytics leadership role focused on turning complex digital data into clear, actionable business insights. You will own end-to-end analytics engagements, from defining measurement strategies to delivering executive-level dashboards and strategic recommendations. The role sits at the intersection of consulting, analytics, and digital experience optimization, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics and CJA ecosystems. You will work closely with enterprise clients to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions that improve customer experience and ROI. This position requires both deep technical expertise and strong consulting presence, including the ability to guide stakeholders through data-driven decision-making. You will also lead and mentor analytics teams while shaping best practices across multiple engagements. It is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environment.
- Lead end-to-end analytics engagements, including discovery of business requirements, measurement strategy design, implementation planning, and delivery of insights.
- Act as the primary analytics advisor for enterprise clients, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions.
- Design and build scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models that enable actionable insights across digital customer journeys.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in customer experience and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive and stakeholder audiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop analytics teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to expand analytics use cases and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, expectations, and best-in-class consulting standards.
- Promote data governance, privacy, and security best practices across analytics implementations.
- 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, consulting, or data strategy roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, and mentoring analytics professionals.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong experience building measurement frameworks, dashboards, and analytics documentation for enterprise clients.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and customer journey optimization.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is highly preferred.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics outputs to ROI and business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
