This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving growth across data-driven programmatic advertising solutions, with a strong emphasis on audience activation, consumer intelligence, and real-time marketing performance. You will be responsible for expanding market presence and building strategic relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and major brand advertisers across the digital advertising ecosystem. The role combines consultative sales expertise with deep programmatic industry knowledge, enabling you to translate complex audience data and measurement capabilities into clear business value for senior marketing stakeholders. Operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment, you will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and accelerating revenue growth. This position requires strong industry credibility, a network of senior advertising relationships, and the ability to influence high-value commercial decisions. It is a remote US-based role with broad exposure across the digital media and adtech landscape.
- Drive strategic sales growth across audience-based advertising solutions by building and expanding relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and enterprise brand advertisers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies within the programmatic ecosystem to increase adoption of data-driven targeting and measurement solutions.
- Engage senior marketing and media decision-makers to communicate the value of audience intelligence, real-time activation, and attribution capabilities.
- Manage and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities across agencies and holding companies, including Publicis, WPP, IPG, and similar organizations.
- Translate client needs into tailored product and data solutions, working closely with internal product and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain deep understanding of programmatic advertising trends, DSP/SSP ecosystems, and audience data activation workflows.
- Represent the organization in industry discussions, partner meetings, and client presentations to strengthen market positioning and thought leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, programmatic advertising, adtech, or digital media environments.
- Strong network and established relationships within agencies, trading desks, DSPs, or data providers such as The Trade Desk, Oracle, LiveRamp, Adobe, or similar ecosystems.
- Proven success in selling data-driven advertising or programmatic solutions to senior marketing and media stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including audience targeting, DSP/SSP/DMP infrastructure, and campaign activation workflows.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technical or data concepts into clear commercial value.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with revenue accountability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior-level clients.
- Background in audience data sales, digital marketing platforms, or advertising technology is highly preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $125,000 to $155,000 depending on location and experience.
