Overall Responsibilities: As a Server at Golden Age Hospitality, you are a key presence on the floor. Delivering refined, attentive service that reflects the energy and rhythm of our nightlife-driven experience. You are responsible for managing your section with confidence and care, anticipating guest needs, and creating a seamless, memorable dining journey from welcome to farewell. You are expected to have thorough knowledge of our food offerings, classic and house cocktails, and curated natural wine list, allowing you to guide guests with clarity, warmth, and authority. You serve not only as a point of contact, but as an ambassador of the Golden Age experience. In this role, you work in close coordination with the kitchen and bar teams, stay alert to pacing and guest flow, communicate any specials or 86’d items accurately, and maintain a high standard of table maintenance, tone, and tempo. A guest-first mindset, strong interpersonal awareness, and professional composure are essential, as is a deep commitment to teamwork and hospitality excellence. | |
