Who are we looking for?

The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring that the right quantities of products are available at the right time to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maintaining efficiency for the Wafer Level Packaging business unit. The Global Supply Planner collaborates closely with various teams, including production, procurement, customer service, and demand planning to drive end-to-end supply chain performance.This role will also carry Global goals for inventory and on-time delivery service levels. Strong analytical capabilities and communication/presentation skills are necessary as this role will require regular interaction and discussion with leadership.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and execute 18-24 month rolling global supply and inventory plan that aligns with demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Present the net effects of forecasts in monthly SIOP Supply and Inventory Review Meetings to manufacturing, finance, and business leadership.
  • Monitor production output, adjusting supply plan as necessary to accommodate delays, capacity constraints, or shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planners to understand customer demand and adjust supply plans accordingly.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand without excess or shortages.
  • Review and manage inventory turnover and stock aging, proposing adjustments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to align master production schedules with shop floor priorities, staffing, and shift plans.
  • Partner with operators to communicate schedule changes, address constraints, and support efficient execution of daily production activities.
  • Work closely with the broader manufacturing team to resolve capacity, material, and sequencing issues to maintain schedule adherence and service levels
  • Continuously analyze supply chain data to identify potential issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in regular meetings with leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance and discuss potential risks or challenges.
  • Function as a key liaison between different regional supply chain teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Who are You?
  • Bachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.), ideally in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other STEM discipline, and/or equivalent working experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems is required, with a preference for SAP and JDE. Power Bi experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with a business fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $95,406.00 and $143,108.00
