This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling ecommerce and marketplace strategy focused on driving growth across major 3P retail platforms.
You will own and expand high-impact marketplace accounts, acting as both a strategic operator and hands-on growth driver.
The position combines full P&L ownership with responsibility for launching and scaling owned and licensed brands online.
You will lead end-to-end marketplace expansion efforts, from identifying new channels to onboarding and optimizing early performance.
A key part of the role involves managing external agency partners to ensure strong execution across content, advertising, and performance metrics.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, supply chain, and marketing teams to build profitable and scalable ecommerce programs.

In this role, you will own marketplace growth strategy and execution across key 3P platforms while driving revenue, profitability, and expansion.
- Own the P&L for assigned 3P marketplace accounts, including revenue, margin, advertising spend, and contribution profit
- Lead the launch and scaling of owned and licensed brands across major ecommerce marketplaces
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketplace launch strategies, including content, pricing, advertising, and inventory planning
- Identify, evaluate, and open new 3P marketplace opportunities from initial outreach through onboarding and post-launch optimization
- Manage external agency partners, defining KPIs, governance cadence, and performance expectations
- Oversee retail media advertising strategy, including campaign setup, optimization, and ROAS improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations) to align marketplace strategy and execution
- Ensure assortment performance and profitability through continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitive activity, and category performance to identify growth opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in operational execution, content quality, and conversion performance
This role requires a seasoned ecommerce professional with deep 3P marketplace experience and a strong track record of driving profitable growth.
- 5+ years of experience in 3P marketplace environments (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, or similar)
- Proven ownership of a marketplace P&L with demonstrated impact on revenue and profitability
- Experience launching at least one new marketplace channel from onboarding to scale
- Strong hands-on experience with retail media advertising, including campaign optimization and ROAS management
- Proven ability to manage external agencies, set performance expectations, and enforce accountability
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in pricing, margin, and performance tracking
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, operations, supply chain, and product teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in fast-paced environments
- Experience in home, bedding, furniture, or related categories is a plus
- Familiarity with licensed brand programs or vendor compliance frameworks is an advantage
